I am a certified trainer from the Natural Path Academy China. The foundation of our practice combines the physical with an inner emotional and spiritual journey. By integrating body, breath, movement, and meditative awareness, we strive to promote an understanding of the interdependency of all these aspects in your personal health and wellbeing.

In this program we teach the fundamentals of Martial arts and TaiJiQuan. Strengthening the core, the body and  mind,  the foundation of all martial arts.learning the coordination between breathing and body movements.

Boot Camp

Basics of Tai Chi

This particular class helps build a strong core from which one can transition into new positions and exercises. This flow centers around control and precision, with a diversity of exercises and modifications to suit a wide range of levels from beginner to advanced. With this class, you will learn and practice the tools needed to lead a healthy and fit lifestyle, while also remaining mindful in every act you perform. With this also comes the theoretical,  and philosophical aspect of Daoism and Confucinism.

Tai Chi Advanced Practices

This popular class is based on the belief that mental and physical health are interrelated, and should be conditioned together. All of the classes at The DAO. . attempt to coordinate breathing and physical movement, improve focus and concentration, and help participants regain control of their body and mind. Furthermore leading into martial and self defense aspect of Taijiquan.
